About KG Property Improvement

KG Property Improvement was founded with a simple philosophy: build things the right way, stand behind the work, and treat every property like it matters—because it does.
Landscaping and hardscaping solutions in delaware

Our Team

Led by owner Kyle Green, KG Property Improvement focuses on high-quality residential hardscaping and landscaping projects designed for real use and long-term durability. We specialize in paver patios, retaining and seating walls, outdoor kitchens, grading, drainage, and landscape planning—primarily for homeowners who want their outdoor space done correctly the first time.

Kyle started KG Property Improvement after seeing too many projects rushed, underbuilt, or designed without long-term performance in mind. Shortcuts might look fine at first, but they don’t hold up—and homeowners are left paying twice. From day one, the goal was to build a company centered on proper preparation, proven materials, and accountability.

Who We Work With

We work with many homeowners, even new construction right after they’ve built a new home—when patios, grading, and outdoor living spaces are often overlooked during the build. Others come to us years later, ready to finally finish or fix an outdoor space that never quite worked. In both cases, our role is the same: turn an unfinished or underperforming yard into something intentional, functional, and built to last.

Just as important, we don’t view projects as one-offs. Many of our clients start with a single patio or wall and continue working with us over time—adding seating, kitchens, lighting, or phased improvements as their needs evolve. We plan with that future in mind so everything works together cohesively.

At KG Property Improvement, growth is intentional. We focus on quality over volume, clear communication over quick sales, and long-term results over shortcuts. If you’re looking for the cheapest option, we’re probably not the right fit. But if you want craftsmanship, transparency, and a team that stands behind their work—we’d be happy to talk.

That approach shows up in everything we do:

  • Projects are planned with Delaware’s soil and drainage conditions in mind
  • Materials are chosen for performance, not trends
  • Installations are handled by our in-house team—not rotating subcontractors

Every project is backed by a 5-year workmanship warranty
